At Ova Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide replacements for eligible products under the conditions mentioned below.
Replacement Eligibility
Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The size received is different from the size ordered (subject to stock availability).
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original tags or packaging.

Replacement Process
After verification:
- Approved replacement requests will be processed within 2-5 business days.
- The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost for eligible claims.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be provided at Ova Fashion's discretion.
No Return & No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Ova Fashion are covered under a Replacement Only Policy. We do not provide returns, cancellations after shipment, or monetary refunds unless required by applicable law.
